T O P I C R E V I E WstarfoxI put mugwort under my pillow & really noticed little change, however in Britain we have a type of vegetarian meat called quorn.Its some kind of fungal byproduct, which doesn't sound great! but anyway its quite tasty and it does seem to enhance my dreams when eaten at least 5 hours before sleep(for me).Any other dream enhancers you know?secondhandspineIt's not a food or plant exactly, but vitamin B6 can encourage dreaming. It's in a lot of different foods, including nuts, red meat, potatoes, bananas, etc.! When I remember to take my multivitamin with B6 I seem to have more memorable dreams. Bananas are actually a pretty good natural sleep aid too. -Second
